Customers are encouraged to test products on a small hidden area before full application.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

PawFresh reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Request additional verification.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Yoco.

PawFresh does not store banking or card details.

By making a purchase, you authorize payment for:

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PawFresh uses third-party courier providers, including Aramex and The Courier Guy.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

PawFresh shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Load shedding or power outages

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery details supplied by customers

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by the PawFresh Return & Refund Policy.

PawFresh reserves the right to refuse returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Hygiene-sensitive items where contamination may occur

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Packaging designs

  • Marketing materials

  • Text and copy
